About the service

A move with no downtime

The one hard requirement of an office move is that the business must not stop. So we schedule the work for Friday evening, Saturday or overnight. The crew arrives after the working day and by Monday morning everything stands in its new place.

Before the move a manager visits the site, assesses the volume, lists the furniture and equipment and agrees a schedule floor by floor or department by department.

How we move offices

  • every box and piece of furniture is labelled with its room and its owner
  • computers, monitors, servers and office machines are disconnected, packed and moved
  • documents travel in sealed boxes, with confidentiality respected
  • desks, shelving, reception counters and partitions are dismantled and rebuilt
  • safes, filing cabinets and water coolers are handled carefully
  • furniture is placed according to the seating plan you provide
  • packing material is cleared away and unwanted furniture removed

Paperwork for companies

We work with companies by bank transfer: contract, invoice and completion certificate. Your accounts team gets the full set of documents, including for recurring transport across a month.

Regular corporate clients get a dedicated rate and priority dispatch.
