We quote the cost

We name the final price straight away: van, loaders, floor and lift. It does not change once the van has left.

The van arrives

The van comes at the agreed time, usually within an hour of the booking being confirmed.

We move and settle up

We load, drive, carry in and place everything. Payment after the job — cash or card transfer.

About the service

What our loaders do

  • loading and unloading a van, lorry or container
  • carrying furniture and appliances up or down any floor, with or without a lift
  • dismantling furniture and reassembling it at the new address
  • packing belongings in film, cardboard and bubble wrap
  • rearranging furniture inside a flat or office during a renovation
  • moving heavy items: safes, pianos, machinery, ATMs
  • carrying construction waste and old furniture out to the yard or the van

Loaders without a van

Often the client needs no vehicle at all: a lorry has arrived with stock, furniture came from the shop, or a washing machine has to go up to the fifth floor without a lift. In those cases we send the crew only.

The minimum booking is two people for two hours. An hour of each mover — on request, paid after the job.

Why the crew matters

We do not hire casual labour off a day-work board. Our loaders work with us permanently: they know how to get a wardrobe through a narrow stairwell, how to secure a fridge so the compressor survives, and when to take a door off because the sofa will not pass.

Every crew carries straps, trolleys, blankets and film. That is part of the hourly rate and is never billed separately.

The company is financially liable for damage caused by the crew.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a loader cost per hour in Kyiv?

An hour of one mover — on request, with a two-hour minimum. Tools, straps and trolleys are included.

Can I book a single loader?

The standard crew is two people, because most furniture and appliances can only be carried safely by two. We send one person for light boxes or help in a warehouse.

Will you carry furniture up without a lift?

Yes. The cost is agreed separately depending on the floor and the size of the items — the dispatcher quotes it when you book.
